As a driven, experienced professional with solid business acumen, you are strong at managing the commercial and contractual side and enjoy creating long term success of the business you lead. Your innate ability to anticipate client needs and find innovative solutions to issues they might not even be aware of is one of your key strengths.
As a Precast Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our precast concrete branch. Your ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients will be key to our continued success and growth.
In addition to the above you will:
- Managing the overall operations of the branch.
- Ensuring the highest standards in commercial and contractual management.
- Identifying and solving potential issues before they arise.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
- Leading and motivating a team to achieve business objectives.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a management role, preferably within the precast or construction industry.
- Experience in managing and developing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Proficient in using CCS Candy for planning and estimating.
- Degree or equivalent suitable qualification in engineering (NZCE minimum).
- Current class 1 licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
