The Fit
We’re looking for a strategic, technically skilled leader who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering innovative, enterprise-scale solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a collaborative mindset.
You’ll bring:
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in solution architecture or senior technical design roles.
- Proven success in designing and delivering complex, scalable solutions across hybrid environments.
- Expertise in architecture domains such as application, data, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modelling tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A collaborative approach, working effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business leaders.
- A mentoring mindset, with a passion for uplifting architectural capability across teams.
- A forward-thinking attitude, staying current with emerging technologies and driving innovation.
