Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Enterprise Portfolio Platform and its use across the enterprise? We are seeking a Product Transformation Lead who can translate vision into execution while navigating ambiguity and inspiring change.
You will own the evolution of our Enterprise Portfolio Platform, strategically steering its transformation to ensure it seamlessly integrates into our change initiatives. Collaborating with agile, cross-functional teams, you will deliver features of the platform that elevate performance, scalability, and user experience. Your ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders will be essential as you embed scalable solutions and drive impactful outcomes.
A few areas of focus will be to:
- Lead the execution and continual redevelopment of our Enterprise Portfolio Platform, managing its transformation across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with Product and Platform Owners to optimise platform capabilities for business value creation, providing technical and functional guidance to foster growth and performance.
- Accountability for planning, performance, and budget, while driving alignment on strategic objectives across teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ensure subscription usage and compliance, identify optimisation opportunities, and oversee the health and functionality of platform initiatives.
- Exceptional partnership with core strategic partners (including vendors) to drive results for the business.
Mōu | About You
You will bring strong management skills in the areas of change management, transformation, leadership and stakeholder relations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience in transformation, platform ownership or enterprise technology leadership.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives with budget accountability.
- Previous experience in delivering change and business value through tech enabled programmes.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and inspire change in complex environments.
- Demonstrated high degree of planning and organisation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
