As a Production Assistant, you'll deliver seamless, engaging content across our Trackside 1 and 2 channels. Working closely with Producers, Studio Directors, and on-air talent, you’ll support live racing broadcasts, shape daily scripts and rundowns, and build strong industry relationships. You’ll craft timely, engaging content that not only drives wagering interest but also elevates the overall viewer experience.

Behind the Scenes
This role will be based in our Auckland office. With a 24/7 operation, every moment matters and you’ll be right at the heart of it. You'll need to thrive in a dynamic environment and be flexible across the week including weekends.
We’re a team that values collaboration and connection, which means we do our best work together in the office. That said, we understand the importance of balance and offer some flexibility to work from home when it supports your personal or family needs.
Gear Up – You’ll Bring
- Genuine interest in the racing and wagering industry, with a strong drive to learn.
- Passion for fast-paced, live broadcast settings with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong administrative skills to support smooth production workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with production systems like GV Stratus or comparable media management/editing platforms.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and motivation to grow.
