The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Wellington site team. This is a dynamic and varied role where your organisational and communication skills will directly support project delivery.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Managing project documentation systems to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records
- Tracking and maintaining project plans and documents across multiple stakeholders
- Supporting the site team by coordinating events, team functions, and monthly wellbeing activities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams
- Working independently with minimal supervision in a busy, site-based environment
- Providing proficient use of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel)
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
What we're looking for:
- Strong administrative experience and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in prioritising work in a fast-moving setting
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Organised and proactive, with a flair for coordinating team events
- Previous experience in construction or contract administration
