At Accessible Properties, we are dedicated to providing warm, dry, and safe homes that empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives and participate actively in their communities. As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teams to manage and maintain homes for people with intellectual and physical disabilities and social support needs. Your administrative expertise will ensure efficient operations, from handling maintenance requests to overseeing property documentation and health & safety compliance.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
- Previous experience in housing or financial administration, with a strong understanding of property management tasks.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring tenants and stakeholders receive prompt and courteous assistance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, coupled with the ability to adapt to database systems.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for clear correspondence and reporting.
- Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with established procedures.
- Problem-solving ability and the capacity to perform well under pressure.
