A great new opportunity has come up for a Clinical Psychologist in our Dunedin branch to assist in patient care and well-being whilst being provided with the resources to succeed. We have modern purpose-designed offices for you to really make a difference in clients' lives. You will be part of a strong team culture professionally and socially with a focus on excellence and career progression.
You will be a superstar in the Psychology space, working primarily with ACC clients - TI, Concussion and Pain. If you have experience working in Paediatrics, that would be an added bonus!
Main responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments and recommendations backed by clinical reasoning
- Complete written and verbal summaries of assessments
- Be part of the development of training and resources for services delivered
- Collaborate and learn grow with a multidisciplinary team (MDT)

The ideal candidate:
- MA/PG Dip/DClin or similar qualification
- Registration as a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist with the New Zealand Psychologists’ Board / a current APC
- Membership of a Professional Body like the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists or New Zealand Psychological Society
- Approachability and people-centred disposition
For Psychologists based overseas:
- As an accredited employer we will provide assistance in the AEWV process
- Support in gaining registration with the NZ Psychologists Board
- Assistance in helping you settle into New Zealand
- Contribution towards relocation costs
