About this role
The Integrated Recovery team supports clients who have been unemployed for an extended period and are considered to have potential for rehabilitation. Each client is assigned a Recovery Coordinator who provides individual support with injury recovery.
Coordinators collaborate with providers, employers, and communities to facilitate the recovery process and address barriers. Integrated Recovery offers assistance to clients whose claims have exceeded 365 days.
About you
You may be an administrator or work in a customer-focused industry and are seeking career progression. The client base is diverse, and efforts are made to represent the communities served. Applicants are encouraged to apply even if not all criteria are met.
Desired qualifications include:
- Strong listening and communication abilities, with the capacity to explain technical information clearly and identify unspoken concerns.
- An interest in learning about complex legislation and technical information.
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing time and accommodating client requirements.
- Personal resilience, with the ability to manage work-related challenges when assisting individuals in difficult situations.
- A full, clean New Zealand driver's license, as travel to clients who cannot attend locations may be necessary.
- Experience in case management or the public sector is advantageous but not required.
Position Details
The role offers a starting salary of $70,000 plus a 9% superannuation contribution. Annual performance reviews are conducted and may result in pay increases. Benefits include wellness and employee discount programmes.
Work-life Balance
- Standard working days: Monday to Friday, with no evening, weekend, or public holiday shifts.
- After six months, employees may work from home up to three days per week, with provided technology.
- One paid volunteer day per year is available.
Work Environment
- Open-plan office with areas for both collaboration and individual focus.
- Regular coaching sessions with leadership support.

If successful, you will be working 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm.
