We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Reservations & Guest Services Coordinator to help create a welcoming and exceptional experience for both guests and staff at Cardrona & Treble Cone. This role will inspire and lead the on-mountain ticket office team to promote, sell, and upsell a variety of products and services in both summer and winter. You will work closely with the Reservations & Guest Services Supervisor and Team Leaders to ensure excellence and consistency across the resorts.
The Reservations & Guest Services Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation of the on-mountain ticket and guest services office. They will lead and inspire the guest services team, providing ongoing training and support. The role involves managing timesheets, scheduling, and driving sales through upselling opportunities for various resort services. This position also includes handling guest feedback, ensuring accurate daily reconciliations, maintaining a secure and clean environment, and collaborating with other departments. The Coordinator will help ensure excellent guest experiences year-round while adhering to company policies and procedures.
