UKG Pro Workforce Management, named locally as (Mahi ē Taea) is the Te Whatu Ora, Waitematā time/attendance, rostered schedules and leave management system for our 10,000 staff. Our team responsibility is to monitor, maintain and manage the rostering system and support and train our users. Our team are passionate system professionals, and we pride ourselves on providing the best possible support and knowledge to be the subject matter experts of the system. Our Roster System Advisor’s play a key role as they are 1st line support and trainers with our workforce and work closely with the payroll team.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Roster System Advisor to join our enthusiastic and dynamic team. Ideally you will bring scheduling skills and roster knowledge along with a knack for co-ordination within a fast-paced Healthcare Environment. You will ideally have had experience in a similar type of role and be able to multitask and adapt in a changing environment.
A Nursing or system support/training background or payroll will be looked upon favourably. Prior experience in the support and administration of rostering or similar systems will be desirable.
Experience of working in a Healthcare environment is not essential but desired.
In this role you will be responsible for acting as first point of contact in providing key support for our users across the organisation. This will include providing functional support, change management and delivering training sessions and workshops for end-users, as well as the usual administrative/maintenance tasks associated with operating a successful and effective system and service.
We are seeking a motivated individual with strong interpersonal relationship skills, an open and collaborative communication style and ability to work effectively under pressure and multitasking.
You will have a keen eye for detail and will be technical savvy, driven with a keen acumen for enhancing processes and new system advancements.
The major part of this role will be actively involved in supporting diverse levels of system users with Scheduling and Timekeeping activities to ensure a positive user experience.
