We are looking for two part-time (27 hours per week) Sales and Service Assistants to join our vibrant team at Foot Mechanics and make a real impact every day.

We are currently seeking Sales and Service Assistants for our brand new Bethlehem clinic in Tauranga.
About the role:
As a Sales and Service Assistant, you'll be recommending comfort footwear and foot health products to customers in store. We have some of the latest technology to assist with foot scans and creating recommendations for shoes and orthotics. There will be light admin requirements, like assisting customers with our self-service kiosk for Podiatrist bookings and ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of the shoe store and clinic. With great communication skills and a strong work ethic, you'll be the key to ensuring our customers feel listened to and cared for. We'll support you every step of the way with training and a nurturing team. Great communication skills and work ethic alongside excellent presentation is key while you attend to our customers and patients. These are permanent part-time positions, 27 hours per week with the following shift allocations as options:
Option 1:
- Sunday 9.00am - 4.00pm
- Monday to Tuesday 8.00am - 5.00pm
- Wednesday 8.00am - 1.00pm
Option 2:
- Wednesday 12.00pm - 5.00pm
- Thursday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm
- Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm

We are seeking someone with existing experience in high-end retail and a drive to provide empathetic and friendly support to our patients. Our local clinic has an excellent position located in Bethlehem, Tauranga.
