Step into a senior role where your expertise in health and safety will make a meaningful impact. As a Senior Health & Safety Consultant, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality advisory services to a diverse client base, ensuring compliance with legislation. You’ll manage end-to-end client relationships, build your own portfolio, and deliver tailored solutions: from H&S plans and audits to wellness strategies, risk registers, and workplace investigations. This is a fast-paced, diverse consulting environment where no two days are the same.
Beyond client work, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and developing the consulting team. Delegating tasks, reviewing client work, and providing constructive feedback to support growth.
About you
We’re looking for a trusted technical advisor who brings:
