As the Senior Culture & Wellbeing Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of working with the Head of Culture & Wellbeing in shaping a dynamic culture and wellbeing strategy that aligns with our organisational priorities and EVP. With proven experience in delivering wellbeing initiatives that drive measured EVP, you'll lead the implementation of innovative programs, continuously evaluating and improving their effectiveness based on feedback and data. Your storytelling skills will be key in communicating the journey, outcomes, and ROI to stakeholders and the wider business. This is an Auckland based hybrid role with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly. Team anchor day is Tuesday.

We sat down with the GM Leadership, Culture & Wellbeing and they told us the following about the role:
What are the day-to-day tasks the person in this role will complete?
  • Support the development of the culture and wellbeing strategy aligned with organisational priorities and EVP.
  • Act as a senior advisor to leaders, embedding wellbeing as a core component of the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop and deliver wellbeing framework to support EVP.
  • Implementation of culture & wellbeing programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and continuously improve based on feedback, data, and surveys.
  • Align wellbeing initiatives with our internal brand, strategy, and values.
  • Provide wellbeing support to People Leaders to support their colleagues.
What do we want you to know before you apply?
You will have a formal qualification in organisational psychology, HR, occupational health and safety, or a related field. In addition, formal training in wellbeing and experience with ISO45003 and experience working in large values-led corporate environments is highly desirable.
What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?
You will have been in a senior role with a strong focus on wellbeing initiatives or strategies that drive EVP with proven measured success. You will have exceptional stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation, be a confident mentor and be passionate about building inclusive, supportive, and high-performing workplaces.
