Your key responsibilities include:

- Strategic Collaboration: Partnering with managers, People & Culture, and union stakeholders on Collective Agreement negotiations and technical working groups.
- Capability Building: Coaching and advising leaders and People Solutions teams to strengthen employment relations and self-sufficiency.
- Investigations: Leading and advising on employment-related complaints, investigations, and dispute resolution cases.
- Governance and Compliance: Reporting for key audit and compliance frameworks, maintaining policy alignment with legislation and Fonterra values
