What you'll do

  • Lead and grow our biggest retail partnerships, turning joint business plans into real results.
  • Drive retail growth through smart distribution, eye-catching visibility, winning promotions, and flawless in-store and online execution.
  • Build powerful customer relationships, becoming the go-to trusted advisor who secures buy-in and drives mutual success.
  • Turn insights into action—using data, trends, and shopper behaviour to unlock opportunities and deliver category leadership.
  • Own the numbers, managing trade investment and profitability to fuel sustainable growth.
  • Champion new product launches and exclusive innovations that create real impact at shelf and online.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to deliver seamless execution and standout customer experiences.
  • Inspire and enable the sales team with the tools, insights, and direction to win every day.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years' success in driving growth through key account management, ideally in healthcare or FMCG.
  • In-depth knowledge of the New Zealand market with strong networks across Chemist Warehouse (required), and Grocery (desired).
  • Degree-qualified in Business, Marketing, Health, or related field.
  • Commercially astute with proven P&L ownership, trade spend management, and ROI delivery.
  • Experienced in launching and commercialising innovation, from sell-in to stand-out in-store activation.
  • Exceptional negotiator and communicator, skilled at building trusted, long-term partnerships.
  • Insight-led, analytical thinker with the ability to spot trends and turn them into growth opportunities.
  • Results-driven, solutions-focused, and energised by achieving targets.
  • Collaborative leader who inspires, influences, and aligns teams to deliver excellence.
