Our bustling New Plymouth clinic on Gover Street is looking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist who will work with other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way. This role is perfect for a Senior clinician who is about 5 years into their professional growth and is looking for a challenging role full of opportunities. This role will focus on Social Rehab and also requires some mentorship of junior staff.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
- Liaise with allied health team members
- Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
- Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate:
- Must have NZ OT registration and current APC
- Ideal to have 5 years' experience as an OT
- Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
- Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
- Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
