We’re looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Parts Assistant to join our Truckstops Wiri team and become the trusted go-to for all things Volvo, Mack, and Hino . • Proven experience in heavy transport parts (Volvo, Mack, Hino experience a bonus)

• Strong collaboration skills , able to liaise effectively with the service team and technicians to ensure smooth workflow

• A customer-first mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver outstanding service

• Solid technical understanding , with the ability to problem-solve and identify the right solutions fast

• Confidence using digital parts systems and tools to manage stock, orders, and communication efficiently

• A desire to mentor and develop others , sharing your knowledge and helping the team grow
