Proven experience in heavy transport parts (Volvo, Mack, Hino experience a bonus)
Strong collaboration skills , able to liaise effectively with the service team and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
A customer-first mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver outstanding service
Solid technical understanding , with the ability to problem-solve and identify the right solutions fast
Confidence using digital parts systems and tools to manage stock, orders, and communication efficiently
A desire to mentor and develop others , sharing your knowledge and helping the team grow
