  • Partner with senior leaders, People teams, and Finance to provide strategic advice on reward practices
  • Deliver analytics and insights to guide decision-making and monitor global reward metrics
  • Champion continuous improvement, process optimisation, and capability uplift across the People function

The Fit

You’re a global thinker with a passion for reward strategy, backed by deep technical expertise and a track record of delivering practical, commercially aligned solutions. You thrive in complex, matrixed environments and can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on delivery.

You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in remuneration, compensation, or total rewards, ideally in a multinational
  • Strong proficiency with Korn Ferry (or similar) job evaluation and market survey methodologies
  • Proven experience leading global remuneration frameworks and annual review cycles
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with remuneration modules in HRIS platforms; Power BI advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and coach at all organisational levels, including Board
  • High attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to navigate sensitive discussions
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
