About Amisfield Wines

About The Role
Amisfield is currently interviewing for positions of Server. We are after individuals that bring professionalism to their job, and are enthusiastic, mindful and passionate about the place they work and the job they choose to work in. You will be providing our customers with an unrivalled dining experience, with duties such as:
- service of food and drinks
- cleaning, setting and preparing tables
- providing menus and wine lists and answering any questions knowledgeably
- taking and filling the guest's food & beverage orders
- cleaning and polishing cutlery and glasses
- interacting with our customers and educating them about the company, our wine and our wine club

We are looking for those that have the following attributes:

A great team-player approach with the passion and hunger to become knowledgeable on NZ food, wine and service
- Can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and interact with a high volume of customers
- Ideally at least 6 months experience in a customer service, hospitality and/or wine-focused role to help you ease into your new position here with us creating exceptional dining
- Selling skills, food safety knowledge and food and drink service skills would all be highly regarded
- A current General Managers Certificate, or a minimum 6 months experience in a licensed premises in NZ would be an advantage
