Mō te tūnga | About the role

As the Systems Administrator - Workforce Management, you'll manage, optimise, and support our UKG Pro scheduling system, while providing backup administration for UKG HCM (HR) and other systems. You'll ensure systems run smoothly, liaise with vendors to resolve issues, configure business rules, manage user access and roles, and maintain accurate workflows that reflect organisational changes.

The role involves coordinating system updates and new features, driving process improvements, supporting reporting and data needs, and assisting users with scheduling, HR, and related systems. Working closely with the management team, data team, and vendors, you'll help ensure our systems deliver reliable, efficient, and improved service outcomes.

  • Experience with complex cloud-based systems, ideally in scheduling, HR, or payroll.
  • Strong skills in system configuration, workflows, user roles, and data management.
  • Quick learner with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
  • Desirable: SQL/data skills, complex scheduling or health/disability sector experience, and a relevant tertiary qualification.
