Job Description


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead integration solution design & architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient implementations.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance APIs and middleware using Java, Kafka, and cloud technologies.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD automation, and integration best practices.
  • Provide mentorship & technical guidance, fostering innovation and excellence across the team.
  • Oversee the development of containerized applications, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Drive observability & monitoring, optimizing performance with tools like New Relic, Kibana.
  • Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and developers to deliver integration solutions aligned with business goals.


Qualifications


What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development & integration architecture.
  • Expertise in Kafka, Azure API Management, microservices, Terraform, and cloud-based integration platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot 3, API security, and backstage integration templates.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with data governance tools like Snowflake (nice to have).
  • Effective leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and innovation
