In this pivotal role, you'll work alongside senior HR and Operations leaders to develop scalable programs that elevate restaurant and office teams alike. From frontline onboarding to executive development, you’ll shape how our people grow, perform, and succeed.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a group-wide L&D strategy aligned to business goals
- Lead training design for restaurant teams, including leadership pathways and operational excellence
- Deliver professional development for corporate employees, with a focus on leadership, soft skills, and functional capability
- Oversee end-to-end program management, content creation, and vendor partnerships
- Champion learning culture, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement
- Lead and develop a high-performing L&D team
What You Bring
- Proven experience in learning & development leadership, ideally across multi-site or franchise environments
- Strategic mindset with hands-on expertise in training design, delivery, and measurement
- Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills
- Knowledge of modern learning tools and technologies (e.g. LMS, mobile learning)
- Passion for talent development and creating engaging, brand-aligned learning experiences
