As a Workforce Planner, you will ensure our workforce aligns with strategic goals through proactive forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and real-time adjustments.

We seek a Workforce Planner to join our team, aligning workforce with strategic and operational needs through efficient scheduling and capacity planning.  

Responsibilities include developing forecasts, and workplans that balance service delivery and employee wellbeing. 

Salary range: $90,000 – $100,000 plus 9% superannuation. Flexible location options (Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin).
