Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
We seek a Workforce Planner to join our team, aligning workforce with strategic and operational needs through efficient scheduling and capacity planning.
Responsibilities include developing forecasts, and workplans that balance service delivery and employee wellbeing.
Salary range: $90,000 – $100,000 plus 9% superannuation. Flexible location options (Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin).

Ngā Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
- Experience managing busy environments.
- Proven skills in workload management, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time resource allocation.
- Familiarity with workforce management tools (e.g., Genesys Cloud).
- Strong stakeholder influence and collaboration skills.
- Customer-focused with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and PowerBI.
- Cultural competency in Māori and/or Pacific cultures is ideal.
Mōu | About you
- Experience in workforce planning or related field.
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn about Māori and Pacific cultures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
