Job Description
Hours of work are:
- Monday 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Tuesday 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
- Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Sunday 9:45am - 5:00pm
What will you be doing?
As a 3IC, you will help provide the best solution to all customers and ensure a memorable experience in-store. Yes, we offer awesome products, but we know our customers purchase from us because we also offer expert service, which plays a crucial role in setting us apart from our competitors.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
- Supporting Store Manager and Assistant Manager
- Building strong relationships with customers and assisting with their inquiries.
- Ensuring the store is presentable and welcoming.
- Supporting your fellow team members to achieve daily targets and creating great team culture.

This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for development within management and keen eye on sales, who is an experienced salesperson or looking to develop and take the next step into there career from a customer-focused role.
