Working within the Evidence Based Policing Centre (EBPC) the role of Administration Officer includes providing administrative assistance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations of the centre.
Key Accountabilities:
Office administration
Manage procurement of stationary, kitchen supplies, IT equipment and uniforms
Manage invoices and purchase orders
Travel bookings
Processing new and existing staff, including contractors
Manage floor access
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure meeting room IT is functional.
Answer and direct emails.
Maintain accurate records and files.
Prepare reports and other documents as needed.
Event planning and co-ordination of EBPC events both internal and external e.g., Christmas event, all of centre days etc.
Handle special projects and assignments as needed.

The successful applicant will have:
Relevant work experience in office administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Utu ā-tau | Salary –
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $63,526 and $60,639 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
