Want to take your warehouse skills to new heights – literally? We’re looking for a Man Up (Stock Picker) Driver to join our team and keep the engine room of retail moving this peak season.

Our Distribution Centre is one of the largest in the country, and during peak season, it’s all systems go. We’re expanding our DC whānau to meet demand – and that’s where you come in.
Job Description
As a Man Up driver, you’ll be operating MHE at heights to pick and replenish stock accurately and safely.
This role is perfect for someone who is confident working at heights, operates with precision, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating Man Up (stock picker) and other MHE to pick and replenish stock at height
- Placing, storing, and retrieving stock from racking zones
- Using RF scanners to maintain inventory accuracy
- Replenishing pick faces to keep orders flowing
- Supporting cycle counts and stock integrity checks
- Working collaboratively across teams to meet daily targets
- Following all health, safety, and warehouse procedures
This is a fixed term position until the mid January 2025.
Monday – Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
$30.28/hr
Please note: This role is to support our Peak Period through to January 2026. As it is our busiest time of the year, we are unlikely to be able to approve any extended leave across this time including around Christmas and New Years (Please note, we do not work public holidays).
Qualifications
- Current MHE licence – Man Up/Stock Picker essential
- Current Working at Heights licence (essential)
- Confident operating at heights in a warehouse or DC environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong safety focus
- Ability to work at pace while keeping accuracy high
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive movement
- Clear communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Prior warehouse or DC experience
