What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensure efficient operation of Skechers stores across the region to deliver strong results in sales, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock management, wage control, and shrinkage
- Motivate and develop Store Managers to achieve and exceed their KPIs and sales targets
- Monitor sales performance closely, recognising outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement
- Manage wage costs across your region, adhering to budget and rostering guidelines
- Coach and mentor Store Managers to maintain high team morale and promote their professional development through training and succession planning
- Train Store Managers in recruitment, selection, and conducting regular performance reviews to build strong teams
- Ensure stores comply with relevant health and safety legislation, promoting a safe working environment

- Proven experience as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or Multi-Site Manager in a fast-paced retail environment

- Strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs
- Strong operational expertise in stock control, visual merchandising, and wage management
