Join Our Team as an Assembly Technician at GCPC! Are you a detail-oriented individual with experience in building GCPC systems? We're looking for two dedicated Assembly Technicians to join our team at our head office in Manukau. In this role, you'll be instrumental in bringing our cutting-edge PCs, desktops and laptops to life, ensuring every product meets our quality standards and exceeds customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Assemble and build of new GCPC desktops and laptops. • Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, to the highest quality and in accordance with established procedures, consistently meeting our customers' needs. • Play a crucial role in the upgrading, renewal and maintenance of ex-lease GCPC PCs, laptops, as well as a range of other technology products including phones, tablets, cameras and gaming equipment. • Test all new or upgraded GCPC PCs and machines to guarantee optimal performance and reliability before they reach our customers. • Liaise effectively with our Returns & Warranty Department regarding warranty processes for all new or upgraded GCPC products. • Provide a support for other ad-hoc projects as required. • Accurately label, package and prepare GCPC products for shipment. This includes re-taping boxes, applying correct codes, arranging pallets and ensuring secure wrapping for stable transport. • Maintain clear communication by submitting a daily task/activity list to the Assembly Team Leader and promptly updating job statuses in our system upon completion. • Any other supporting projects if required.

• Knowledge of GCPC systems and experience in building PCs and laptops. • Prior experience working with ex-lease technology products, including refurbishment and upgrades. • Ability to build high-performance gaming PCs, including component selection, cable management and optimization for cooling and performance. • Demonstrated experience in assembling and maintaining desktop PCs, laptops and other technology products.
