Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Are you ready to take the next step in your retail career? PAK’nSAVE HIGHLAND PARK is looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Chilled & Frozen Manager to help lead one of the coolest departments in the store!
This is a hands-on role supporting the Chilled & Frozen Manager in the day-to-day running of the department — making sure our shelves are stocked, our standards are high, and our customers leave happy.
We’re a brand-new supermarket located in the heart of East Auckland, and we are excited to be serving the East Auckland community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the chilled and frozen department operations.
- Ensure products are well-stocked, fresh, and correctly rotated.
- Support and lead a team to meet department targets.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Always deliver excellent customer service.
- Coaching and training of team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supermarket or similar retail environment
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- A good level of physical fitness – this role keeps you moving!
- Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Experience in SAP and knowledgeable in chilled products.
Able to work reliably Sunday through Thursday.
Hours: Sunday 4.00am – 1.00pm, Monday 4.00am – 1.00pm, Tuesday 10.00am – 7.00pm, Wednesday 10.00am – 7.00pm, Thursday 10.00am – 7.00pm.
