WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You'll primarily be the smiling face that assists in leading our teams in serving and selling to customers in our fantastic Invercargill store.
As a Assistant Store Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Home Base in the delivery and performance of our targets covering all of our touchpoints.
- Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture.
- Working to ensure day to day operations run smoothly.
- Working day-to-day as part of the team (on the tools).
- Able represent the voice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centric by putting them at the centre of everything we do.
- Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
The first thing we are looking for is a great attitude and a willingness to learn, if you bring skills from Retail, Contact Centre, or Hospitality that's great - but not essential.
As a Base Support you are:
- A servant leader, passionate and energised to understand by listening, and focusing on the growth of people.
- Proven track record in leading a successful team, in either retail, hospitality or a contact centre environment.
- You will be self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- You'll be a strong leader and team player who has outstanding communication skills and the capacity to work independently (and earn some great commissions by meeting or exceeding your sales targets!).
- Confident with technology and mastery of systems and processes.
