We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our Newmarket team on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager to lead and inspire the team, drive performance, and create a store experience that reflects our high-energy, customer-first culture.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the day-to-day operations of the store and leading by example on the floor

Coaching and developing team members to deliver outstanding customer service

Assisting with stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation

Helping to achieve sales targets and key KPIs

Creating a safe, fun, and inclusive team environment where people love to come to work
What you’ll bring:
