Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients professionally and conduct consultations to understand their desired look and grooming needs.
- Deliver precise and stylish haircuts, fades, and trims using clippers, scissors, razors, and other professional tools.
- Provide expert beard and moustache shaping, trimming, and hot towel shaving services.
- Perform shampooing, conditioning, and application of hair treatments as required.
- Offer additional services such as scalp, facial, or neck massages as part of the grooming experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by disinfecting and sanitising all tools and workstations after each client.
- Recommend appropriate hairstyles and products based on face shape, hair type, and lifestyle.
- Process customer payments and manage appointment bookings when required.
- Maintain a friendly and respectful environment with clients and colleagues.
- Carry out other grooming-related duties as reasonably directed by management.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant barbering experience.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends.
- Excellent grooming, hygiene, and personal presentation.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A calm, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
