Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Barista who brings more than just great coffee skills. You’ll need energy, warmth, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
Whether it’s crafting the perfect flat white or connecting with a tired traveller needing comfort in a cup, you’ll play a key role in making guests feel welcome from the first sip to the final goodbye.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating high-quality espresso coffee and hot beverages
- Welcoming guests with genuine manaakitanga
- Serving a diverse range of guests with professionalism, patience and cultural awareness
- Managing volume efficiently, especially during peak service times or delayed flights
- Maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies and supporting overall café operations
- Communicating clearly with both guests and your teammates
- Jumping in to support the wider Food & Beverage team as needed
