We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent a renowned local New Zealand spirits brand at Auckland Airport’s Duty-Free.
Role Overview:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of a premium Kiwi spirits brand, engaging with international travellers to promote, educate, and drive sales. Your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service, elevate brand awareness, and ensure a memorable interaction that represents the brand, One-Step Marketing & Promotion and New Zealand proudly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively with customers in the duty-free store to introduce and promote the spirits brand.
- Deliver product education through tastings and brand storytelling, highlighting the brand’s local heritage and unique qualities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall KPI performance.
- Ensure brand visibility and merchandising standards are upheld to a premium level.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the agency management for ongoing brand improvement.
- Work collaboratively with Duty Free store staff, One-Step Marketing & Promotions team, and One-Step Marketing & Promotions management.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for New Zealand-made products and an interest in the spirits or beverage industry.
- Previous experience in promotions, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a positive sales driving and engaging presence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays (aligned with airport operational hours).
- Must be 18+ years old due to alcohol service regulations.
- Eligible to work in New Zealand and able to pass Auckland Airport’s security clearance process.
