CHECKOUT MANAGER – 40 HOURS PER WEEK

We are seeking a Checkout Manager extraordinaire!
The role will involve the following:
- Managing, organising and supporting our checkout team
- Admin tasks such as timesheets and rosters
- Customer services including lotto, checkout operating, packing and supervising
- Overseeing the successful operations of our checkout team
Please note: Our busiest times are long weekends/public holidays, summer holidays and our team members are required to work through these periods.
The person we are looking for will have the following attributes:
- Have a passion for giving excellent customer service and going the extra mile for our customers
- Be able to ‘lead from the front’ and set high standards for the team
- Be able to work well in a team and also be self-managing
- Must be able to show initiative, be honest and reliable
- Must have a positive outlook and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Have great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- You must also be physically fit as it involves being on your feet all day
- A liquor duty manager certificate is preferable
This role is 40 hours per week and involves working one day in the weekend.
