About The Role
As CIO, you’ll be the digital visionary driving the Group’s technology strategy. You'll ensure our platforms are secure, intuitive, and robust - delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers and operational efficiencies for our teams. As a trusted member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll be leading a capable IT function, shaping transformation projects, and partnering across the business to future-proof our tech ecosystem.

About The Role
As CIO, you’ll be the digital visionary driving the Group’s technology strategy. You'll ensure our platforms are secure, intuitive, and robust - delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers and operational efficiencies for our teams. As a trusted member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll be leading a capable IT function, shaping transformation projects, and partnering across the business to future-proof our tech ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Building and leading a modern, secure, customer-first IT ecosystem
- Driving digital transformation through fit-for-purpose systems and smart integration
- Leading cybersecurity and data protection with confidence and compliance
- Championing high-performance project delivery across all digital initiatives
- Developing strong internal partnerships and managing vendors to deliver value
- Empowering and mentoring a high-performing IT team
- You will the nominated privacy officer for the businesses

Overseeing physical security strategy and integration with IT infrastructure
- 10-15 years in IT with 5+ in senior leadership (CIO, Head of Tech, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)
- Proven success in leading transformation and driving operational excellence
- Experience in transport/logistics (a bonus!)
- Ability to lead with vision, make sound decisions, and communicate at Board level

Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP)
