Mō te tūnga | About the role
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Clinical Nurse Leader to lead and develop a team of Nurses. This is a full-time Monday to Friday role with an on-call rotation and the exciting opportunity to travel within the region.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical supervision and leadership to a team of community nurses
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with contract specifications
- Supporting professional development and fostering a strong team culture
- Managing complex care needs, complaints, and exception reporting
- Working collaboratively with teams across the region to improve workflows
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate
- 5+ years of practical nursing experience (Community Nursing preferred)
- Proven leadership experience, driving change and service improvements
- A specialty clinical interest (preferred but not essential)
- Full driver's licence
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word

- Previous DN, surgical or wound experience beneficial
- Experienced in long term conditions, aged residential care, or medical nursing highly desirable
- Actively demonstrates the ability and desire to show cultural sensitivity, awareness and understanding of diversity
