Commercial Analyst - 12 month fixed term
Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu
The Commercial Analyst supports the Business Sales team by providing decision support, analytics, insights, and performance reporting. You'll handle sales commission prep for Business Sales, Network Partners, and referral partnerships. Working closely with sales managers, data, and finance teams, you'll ensure bids and proposals are priced accurately, margins meet guidelines, and solutions can be delivered effectively. You'll also drive continuous improvement in 2degrees' commercial practices through pricing reviews.

- Deliver outcomes aligned with 2degrees' strategic goals, supporting the Business Team with proactive commercial guidance to maximize financial returns and minimize risks.
- Foster an inclusive workplace by valuing diversity, communicating openly, and ensuring clear Capex approvals with accurate ROI guidelines and financial data.
- Conduct pricing reviews for products, customer bids, and supplier tenders, while ensuring commissions are accurately managed and communicated.
- Streamline reporting processes, compile data into actionable insights, and automate where possible to support Sales teams effectively.
