Part-time Commercial Cleaning role - office
We have 2 sites available and would prefer one Cleaner to clean both. 1 x Sefton street and 1 x Strathallan Street. All equipment is at each site, ready for your use.
- Uniform and training provided
- Cleaning equipment at every site
- No weekends.
- Close to home.
Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential - as full training is given to the right person.
Primary tasks include vacuuming, dry and wet mopping, detail cleaning of surfaces and edges, spot cleaning windows, clearing rubbish, restocking consumables along with a full toilet and bathroom clean.
- Strathallan Street site - 6.00pm-7.45pm Mon-Fri
- Sefton Street site - 5.00pm-6.00pm Tue & Fri only
You will work to a task list and daily routines, have good communication skills and be contactable by phone and email. All equipment, uniform and training provided.
Some moderate lifting may be required, so you must be physically fit and healthy.
A successful applicant will need the following:
- Be able to work unsupervised in a security conscious environment.
- Must be aged 18 years plus due to Health & Safety policies
- Pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal History Check
- Pass a site-specific clearance
- Have valid working rights in New Zealand
- Pass a Government background check
