About the role

The Concrete Operations Coordinator is a vital support role for the Plant Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of concrete production, including batching, testing, loader driver and dispatching.

As an important member of the team, key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure timely deliveries, maintaining product quality through rigorous testing, performing preventative maintenance and servicing on equipment, and overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices.

About you

  • Be able to hit the ground running! Full training will be provided, however exposure to concrete & batching would be an added bonus
  • Have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Be confident operating a computer with experience in MS Office or Google docs. Full training will be provided on additional software used in the role
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, health & environmental responsibilities
  • It would be great if you also hold a current Class 4 License (however not essential) and have a good driving history
  • W and fork hoist would be advantage
