  • This newly created role is part of an exciting strategic transformation, designed to elevate how we connect with our audiences—both inside and outside the organisation.
  • Be at the heart of our communications, crafting compelling content, building strong stakeholder relationships, & bringing our brand voice to life across multiple platforms.

Your new role

As our Content Specialist, you’ll be the creative force behind our communications and marketing initiatives. You’ll lead the charge in delivering content that informs, inspires, and engages. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing internal and external communications strategies that resonate.
  • Managing web content to ensure it’s always fresh, accurate, and on-brand.
  • Creating relevant and engaging content across newsletters, EDMs, intranet, and social media.
  • Coordinating awards, events, campaigns, and communication that strengthens stakeholder connections.
  • Providing expert project communications and change management support and advice to business units.
  • Using analytics to measure impact and continuously improve internal and external engagement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals.
  • Happy to chat flexible working

About you

You’re a strategic thinker, a creative storyteller, and a natural relationship builder. You bring energy, curiosity, and a passion for impactful communication. You’ll also bring:

  • Proven experience in content creation, communications, or marketing. You will have an advantage if you have done B2B
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Confidence in managing digital content and driving engagement across platforms.
  • A track record of delivering successful communication campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and a drive to make a difference.
  • An understanding of compliance and brand governance best practices.
