You’ll play a key role in shaping the creative development and design direction of marketing campaigns and collateral across all our brands.
As part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll bring fresh, engaging ideas to life—creating standout work that keeps our brands top of mind for customers.
Te Tūranga – About the role and what we are looking for
A strong creative background as a Graphic Designer (or similar role), with a proven ability to lead creative processes and turn marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts and designs.
Solid understanding of brand development, design principles, digital marketing, and omni-channel customer experiences.
Critical thinking and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to clearly articulate ideas and pitch concepts to stakeholders.

A sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality.
Experience working within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
