The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced CRM Producer (Production Team Member) on a full-time basis in our Auckland operations in Mangere. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing and packaging of Reference Materials and related products in the warehouse.
This includes all stages of production, from quality control of incoming raw materials to the final distribution of finished goods, encompassing all intermediate production processes.
You will be responsible for:
- Carry out screening, sieving, mixing, drying, weighing, blending, and homogenising of raw materials as per recipes.
- Accurately fill and label jars or sachets, and package finished goods for distribution.
- Prepare and package sample sachets for laboratory testing, including checks for raw material validity, homogeneity, and proficiency testing.
- Picking, packing, dispatching, and tracking of customer orders
- Perform routine and preventative equipment maintenance as required.
- Track and manage customer orders including picking, packing, dispatch, and logistics tracking.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
To be a great match to this role you will:
- Practically minded, hands on, and willing to work on practical tasks.
- Ability to record and transcribe data accurately.
- Can accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic Microsoft office (Word, Excel) skills or the capability to learn.
- Physically fit for daily lifting of (at least 16kg) raw materials and products. Assistance is available from the company in identifying and knowing the safe weight permitted to be lifted by each individual. (Mandatory)
- Adaptable to work across different areas of the business as required.
- Strong H&S focus to safely follow standard procedures when operating equipment and machinery.
- Right to live and work in New Zealand permanently.
