Description & Requirements

Spark UFL
Join NZ's #1 Mobile & Digital Services provider and build your career!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You'll primarily be the smiling face that serves and sells to our customers in our fantastic Commercial Bay/St.lukes retail store.
Your day-to-day will have you utilising your outstanding systems and products knowledge to drive Sales, provide world-class retail & customer service & deliver suitable Solutions.
Sometimes you'll provide virtual service which will see you assisting our customers over chat messaging, and you may even occasionally assist in a customer's home.
Your flexible and open attitude will help you shine across all our customer interactions and support our customers on their journey with us - whatever that journey looks like.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
The first thing we are looking for is a great attitude and a willingness to learn, if you bring skills from Retail, Contact Centre, or Hospitality that's great - but not essential.
  • The most crucial thing is that you want to provide excellent customer experiences and can connect with people from all walks of life.
  • You'll be an excellent team player who has outstanding communication skills and the capacity to work independently (and earn some great commissions by meeting or exceeding your sales targets!)
  • You will be self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
OUR BENEFITS:
These are just one of the many things that make working at Spark that extra bit special. Along with competitive pay, vibrant and supportive growth-focused culture, we offer over $5,000 worth of benefits a year available to you just for being with Spark:
  • Uncapped Commission
  • Monthly $120 Spark credit to use on any of our amazing products (at staff rates!)
  • Comprehensive medical insurance, life and income protection
  • Enhanced parental leave payments - including top up to 100% base salary on top of the government contribution for 26 weeks.
  • Development opportunities with countless career pathways within the wider Spark group.
  • Leading edge health and wellbeing support including wellbeing coaches and in-house Specialist Clinical Support.
  • $1,500 referral scheme - get your mates to join and make some extra cash!
OUR SPARK STORY:
Millions of New Zealanders and thousands of businesses turn to us as Aotearoa's largest telecommunications and digital services company. With our roots dating back to the 1800's, Spark is woven into the fabric of Aotearoa, and we are committed in our purpose of helping ALL of New Zealand WIN BIG in a DIGITAL WORLD, through amazing technology.
