Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We're looking for experienced Banker or lender to join the team at BNZ. This role is all about engaging with our customers, understanding their needs and helping them reach their financial goals. Although you will assist with day-to-day banking needs, you are also responsible for assisting customers with personal banking needs, including personal home lending.

What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?
Previous banking or lending experience is essential to this role or a strong understanding of banking processes and policies. You’ll also demonstrate a genuine care for customers, resilience and logical approach to problem solving. This role gives you the opportunity to learn and develop your skills further in lending and establish yourself as the go to for complex lending requirements.
The most challenging aspects about this role is the continuous need to multi-task, learn quickly, and be change-ready, not to mention attention to detail. We work in an extremely fast paced environment and there will be multiple things needing your attention each day. We need a Banker with strong financial literacy who is calm, communicative, and level-headed.
