Who are we looking for?
Stevenson is looking for two enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in the role of Customer Service Agent. The right candidate will be looking to make a positive long-term impact on our business.
About the role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary contact for our customers. This represents one of the most important tasks in our business, especially as when working with concrete things can change very quickly, and communicating this is paramount. When you aren’t dealing with customers or entering orders, you will be responsible for directing our truck fleet around Auckland to ensure that we do what we say, and get the concrete delivered on time.
This role is the focal point of the business and offers a unique position to be able to plan, direct, deliver, troubleshoot, and close out orders within a matter of hours.
About you
The successful applicant will be an individual who is looking for a dynamic role that will challenge them every day. As part of a wider Customer Service team, it will be important that you enjoy working in a high-pressure environment and could focus on your current tasks-at-hand. You should be able to communicate clearly and confidently.
Other skills should include:
