The company now needs a Customer Service Manager to review customer services and maintain sound customer relations.

Responsibilities

  • developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided

  • providing direction and feedback to team members and assisting with recruitment

  • managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services

  • planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided

  • liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations

Requirements

  • A NZQF Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification, or 3 years work experience in the fields relevant to management/commerce/customer service.

  • Expert knowledge working with Microsoft Office/Google applications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge in customer service management.

  • Having strong skills in identifying customer needs and solving problems.

  • Hourly rate: $32 to $42

  • Standard hours: 40 per week

  • Minimum hours: 30 per week
