Customer Service Officer | Tauranga
- Monday to Friday 0830 to 1530
- Location: 39 Paerangi Place, Tauriko, Tauranga
- $27.51 per hour paid fortnightly
- Fixed term till 30.01.26

Working at our Taruiko depot our Customer Service Officer deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.

What we need from you:
- Be available to work Monday to Friday 0830 to 1530
- A valid NZ Full drivers license
- Problem solving skills - can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
- Administration and data entry skills
- Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
- Proven experience in customer service positions
