About the role - Mō te tūranga
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you will:
- Support and liaise with our internal/external customers.
- Develop and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships.
- Be involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service.
- Pro-actively identify and inform customers of any network delays.
- Manage customer queries via phone/email and manage customer escalations.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner

We are looking for driven individuals who can work well in a team environment, thrive on creating a great customer experience and have excellent attention to detail.
Additionally, you will bring:
- Experience in a similar role. Call centre experience is highly desirable
- Resilient and adaptable – able to work well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills with emphasis on FCR
- Time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Growth mindset and positive attitude
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce would be beneficial.
