Te tūranga | The role:
We have an awesome opportunity for a Customer Specialist star to join the friendly team within our Lambton Quay Advice Centre
As a Customer Specialist, you will be dealing with a broad range of banking queries and requests from Customers. ASB offers innovative online offerings, and you will help support and educate our customers on the various banking solutions and options available to them.
This is a 12-Month Fixed Term position working 40 hours a week, on a flexible roster between Monday to Saturday. You will be busy serving customers each day via a number of channels, while also maintaining the branch operations.

Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and satisfying. Confidence in learning our offerings and asking the right questions will ensure you are tailoring personalised solutions for customers.
